After receiving confirmation of your booking by e-mail, we ask you, please, to send us a confirmation deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay by bank transfer:

The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival or the following day at the latest.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the day of arrival, 80% of the deposit paid shall be refundable.
20% of the deposit will be retained as cancellation charge.
No refund will be made in the case of reservations cancelled in the 29 days prior to the start of the reserved period of stay or in the case of non-arrival.
For early departures ( for any reason ), guests are required to pay the whole amount of the reservation period.
CITY TAX
Camping La Spiaggia informs that from 1 July 2015 the Municipality of Passignano established the Tourist Tax by resolution of the City Council n. 15 of 19.05.2015.
- The tax is applied to the overnight stays of tourists for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
- The tax rate for this facility is 0.60 Euro per person per night.
- Exemptions are provided for children up to the age of 14 years of age.
Therefore, in the final balance to be paid to the structure, it will be shown, in addition to the final cost of staying, the Tourist Tax, as approved by the Municipality of Passignano.
